Do These 5 Things to Balance Your Organ Networks and Feel Better
The five organ networks of Chinese medicine maintain the circulation of energy in the body as discussed in my post why your five organ networks matter.
In this post, I’ll talk about the five organ networks of energy, the associated emotions connected to the organs, and how the energetic organ networks relate to the chakra energy points so you can use these tips to clear congestion in your own energy channels and feel better!
the five organ networks of traditional Chinese medicine
The five organ networks of traditional Chinese medicine correspond to the five major organs: heart, kidney, liver, spleen, and lung. The organ networks do not necessarily correspond to physical organs but rather they “reflect functional systems that encompass many different functional realms” according to the National Center for Biotechnology Information. The functional realms the organ networks manage include a series of energy channels, chakras, fluids, as well as physical organs.
the 5 organ networks of energy
The 5 organ networks of energy are slightly different from the five organ networks of Chinese medicine even though they are also related to major organs and closely related to the energetic chakra system.
The organ networks of energy are the heart network, spleen network, small Intestine network, kidney network, and liver network.
The spleen, kidney, and liver organ networks of energy are the same as those in traditional Chinese medicine however the heart organ network in energy opens the heart chakra and includes the lung organ network of Chinese medicine. The small intestine organ network in energy works with the kidney organ network of Chinese medicine to balance the sacral chakra and the spleen and liver organ networks of energy balance the solar plexus chakra.
We all want to feel balanced and it’s important to balance the organ systems to allow energetic flow between the organ networks and chakras so you can maintain physical and emotional health!
Clearing the energetic organ networks and related chakras also allows the release of unprocessed emotions, traumas, and past experiences held in the cellular consciousness and promotes cellular memory healing. Here’s a guided meditation you can use.
CONNECT YOUR HEART ORGAN NETWORK TO YOUR SPLEEN ORGAN NETWORK
The heart organ network is associated with the heart, heart chakra, and feelings of love. The spleen organ network is closely related to the pancreas and the solar plexus chakra. Since the spleen in Chinese medicine is related to the emotion of worry, connecting the heart organ network to the spleen organ network allows the energy of the heart chakra to flow to the spleen releasing worry, uneasiness, and anxiety as it arises in the solar plexus chakra.
Placing your hands on your body over the chakras and moving the energy can facilitate the flow between these two organ networks.
CONNECT YOUR SPLEEN ORGAN NETWORK TO YOUR SMALL INTESTINE ORGAN NETWORK
Once you have the energy between your heart and spleen organ networks flowing, connect your spleen organ network to your small intestine organ network. If your small intestine organ network is blocked, you may find feelings of sadness or depression arise as the energy is clearing.
To clear these organ networks, place your hands over your spleen and small intestine or over your solar plexus and sacral chakras and move the energy from your solar plexus chakra to your sacral chakra.
CONNECT YOUR SMALL INTESTINE ORGAN NETWORK TO YOUR KIDNEY ORGAN NETWORK
Once your heart and spleen organ networks have been connected to your small intestine organ network, it’s time to open the channel to your kidney organ network by placing your hands over your small intestine and kidneys or over the front and back of your sacral chakra.
Clearing kidney fear and strengthening kidney chi can release fear and can be done using this guided meditation to connect to your 5 organ networks.
CONNECT YOUR KIDNEY ORGAN NETWORK TO YOUR LIVER ORGAN NETWORK
After opening the energetic networks between your small intestines, kidneys, and front and back sacral chakras, move to your liver organ network and solar plexus chakra.
You can open this energy channel by placing your hands over your kidneys and liver or your sacral and solar plexus chakras.
Move the energy up from your sacral chakra to your solar plexus chakra. This meditation can release unprocessed emotions such as anger that’s held in the liver.
CONNECT YOUR LIVER ORGAN NETWORK TO YOUR HEART ORGAN NETWORK
To complete the cycle, it is important to connect your liver organ network back to your heart network. The liver governs the storage and metabolism of toxins and is the ruler over the heart. If the liver organ network is congested, it can steal energy from the kidneys and adrenal glands and prevent the energy from getting to the heart. This will inhibit the function of the heart chakra.
As the energetic channels are opened, the heart will be fed energetically by the liver and will be able to continue the cycle to provide energy for the spleen (solar plexus chakra), small intestine, and kidney (sacral chakra), and eventually back to the liver (solar plexus chakra) and heart (heart chakra).
That’s it, the five things you can do to balance your organ networks, unblock chakras and release cellular consciousness so you feel better.
