Chakra Affirmations for November
You know this, but I’m going to say it again: November is a month when things really start to slow down in nature and is a time when we need to start paying attention to what is going on inside of ourselves. But, as we do that, it’s important to maintain balance in our chakras so they don’t slow down and get blocked. No one wants to start feeling like they’re stuck and can’t move forward.
Repeating daily mantras can be a great way of connecting to your internal self and clearing stagnant energy. In this post, I’ll share seven affirmations you can use to unblock your chakras in November. From feeling grounded with a strong root chakra all the way to being inspired with an open crown chakra, these affirmations can help you build a life where it is easy for you to visualize your highest self and make it easier to take steps towards living it.
November is month 11 in the calendar and 11 is a master number associated with our ability to perceive things so take advantage of this energy and start using these affirmations today!
ROOT CHAKRA Affirmation
The root chakra is all about safety and security so when surrounded by chaos it is easy for the root chakra to close causing one to feel anxious. Repeating the affirmation “I remain calm and centered as I look within for peace when surrounded by chaos” can strengthen the root chakra and allow one to maintain a feeling of being grounded.
SACRAL CHAKRA affirmation
When the sacral chakra is blocked, we can feel stuck. As fall arrives and winter is on the horizon fluidity slows down and the sacral chakra can slow down as well.
