I could use because emotions are anything you 'feel' that can be distinguished from knowledge. If you've ever felt like you didn't have anyone to talk to, didn't feel safe, or if you've ever experienced shock, denial, trauma, or weren't sure what you were feeling at all - you've got unexpressed emotions. But figuring out how these are holding you back doesn't make sense to you, your life, and are not helping you live the life you want to live.

Activating the energy in your hands will equip you with a way to journey into your heart and release what's holding you back through my three simple steps: awareness, self-awareness, and releasing unprocessed emotions.
I'll walk you through a guided experiential to

enliven your intuitive senses
which will help you journey into your heart in Lesson 3. how it makes you feel.
As you grow, you'll be able to
use your heart AND your head
to gain clarity and make the best decisions. I'll show you that emotions are not something to fear and not all emotional releases have to be big and grand, they can be gentle organic releases that will allow you to
change your mindset
and grow into a new way of being over a long period of time. And what could be better that that?
